Services rendered by Alexandra Galvez, Licensed Behavior Analyst are considered private/out-of-network.
Families pay privately upfront and may seek reimbursement via out-of-network insurance coverage.
All services are provided by BCBA only (direct service 1:1 ABA, caregiver training, and treatment planning).
An initial assessment is conducted to authorize out-of-network treatment. A report is then submitted to your insurance provider, and an authorization live review is held if needed.
Once treatment has begun, you will be provided with an invoice to submit for out-of-network reimbursement.
Insurance will not be billed directly for services.
